I’ve been where you are, working long hours in a stressful job for little thanks, overeating in an attempt to take away the stressors of the day, and then feeling guilty, but still perpetuating the cycle of poor choices.
You put everyone else’s needs before your own and wonder if you’ll ever find the health and happiness you long for. But, I’m also here to tell you it doesn’t have to be like this.
My Journey
My journey started in 2013, when I was diagnosed with prostate cancer.
At that time, I was working in a stressful job with long hours and little time for self-care. When I found out, I was devastated. The news hit me hard, but thankfully, after some research online, and with the full support of my medical physician, I took the decision to treat the cancer holistically.
Over the last seven years, I’ve been able to turn my life around using a combination of excellent nutrition, mindset and exercise. Now I look forward to a happy and fulfilled future with my beautiful family. If I can do this, you can too.
Life doesn’t have to be a struggle. With a combination of eating well, sleeping better and moving more, we all have the potential to live life to the fullest.

How it Works
After our initial 30 minute consultation, I’ll create a customized package that is aligned to your individual needs, so that I can deliver the biggest impact to your weight and health. Your unique package will be made up of a combination of Zoom calls, FaceTime, text messages, email, and telephone support – whatever’s right for you.
